
Yoga Class Style:
Audra brings in many different styles to her practice. In her classes she wishes to share the gift of the breathe, the joy of freeing the mind, and the experience of enlivening the body to her students. She likes to create balance in her teaching by bringing in all the elements. Earth (Deep Grounding Poses, Meditation, Long Shavasanas), Fire (Dynamic Movement), Water (Vinyasa Flow), Air (Breathing/Pranayama), Space (Meditation/Yoga Nidra). Each class has a theme created by Audra, and set with intentions by her students. Most classes are based on grounding, alignment, letting go, opening the heart, and healing and connecting to the joy and bliss of life.
Yoga Therapy:
Private sessions or small group classes are made available to the student to allow anyone to access yoga on a deeper more personal level of healing. Asana plays only one part of a multi- faceted approach to healing the body through yoga. Through extensive training and study Audra approaches Yoga Therapy as a tool to heal the mind, heart, breath, injuries, past traumas and experiences. The advantage of a one on one session with Audra is that all your personal needs will be met, either structurally with the body or the heart and soul. Some common needs that Audra works with are: Asthma, Back Pain (Lordosis, Kyphosis, Scoliosis), High Blood Pressure, Insomnia, and much more.
